THE FACTORY is a complete content creation center. We offer film/photo studio rentals, set design, music rehearsal space, audio production, Photography Film production, marketing and design services. The building features 12 unique sets that are ready for filming and photography.
The facility is designed to accommodate audio production with a fully furnished plug and play recording studio, featuring industry standard production equipment.
There are two rehearsal rooms, equipped to accommodate live music recording. We also offer amenities such as projectors, lighting, smoke machines, costumes, exhibits, and house music.
